  • Description

    The 74VHCT00AM is a high-speed CMOS quad 2-input NAND gate used in electronic circuits. It is constructed using advanced sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology. The device is made up of 3 stages including buffer output, which provides stable output and high noise immunity. All inputs and outputs have power-down protection, making the device tolerant of zero to seven volts applied on inputs even with varied supply voltage. The main application of 74VHCT00AM is to interface 5V to 3V.
