Description
The Electronic Component Model IGW20N60H3 is a high-speed IGBT in Trench and Fieldstop technology that is recommended to be used in combination with SiC Diode IDH15S120. It offers best-in-class switching performance with less than 500µJ total switching losses achievable. The IGBT also has a very low VCEsat, low EMI, and a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. It is qualified according to JEDEC for target applications and is Pb-free lead plating and RoHS compliant.
