The 74LVT240M is an inverting octal buffer and line driver designed for various applications such as memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented transmitters or receivers. It is specifically designed to provide improved PC board density. The LVTH240 data inputs include bushold, eliminating the need for external pull-up resistors for unused inputs. This component is suitable for low voltage (3.3V) VCC applications but can also interface with systems at 5V VCC. The 74LVT240M utilizes advanced BiCMOS technology for high-speed operation and low power dissipation.
