Description
The LMH6714MA is a wideband DC-coupled voltage controlled gain stage followed by a high-speed current feedback operational amplifier. It is designed for video amplification applications, providing a maximum gain of 80 dB up to 10 MHz. The gain can be adjusted by varying the gain control input voltage. The power consumption is 110 mW with a speed of 150 MHz and a gain control bandwidth of 100 MHz. It has a low output referred DC offset voltage of less than 55 mV over the entire gain control voltage range. The device-to-device gain matching is within ±0.5 dB at maximum gain. The LMH6714MA also features a high-frequency large signal driving capability with a slew rate of 1500 V/μs and a heavy load current driving capability of 60 mA. It has near ideal input characteristics, making it easy to configure as an inverting amplifier.
