Description
SKW15N120 is a fast IGBT in NPT-technology with a soft, fast recovery anti-parallel EmCon diode. It has 75% lower Eoff compared to the previous generation, which results in reduced conduction losses. This electronic component is designed for motor controls, inverters, and 600V applications. It offers a very tight parameter distribution, high ruggedness, temperature stable behavior, and parallel switching capability. SKW15N120 also features a very soft, fast recovery anti-parallel EmCon diode. It is made with Pb-free lead plating and is RoHS compliant. This product is qualified according to JEDEC standards and comes with complete product spectrum and PSpice Models.
