Description
The MC9S12C32CFAE25 is a 48/52/80 pin Flash-based MCU belonging to the MC9S12C-Family / MC9S12GC-Family. It is designed to meet the needs of cost and space-sensitive industrial and automotive network applications. This microcontroller features a 16-bit central processing unit (CPU12), up to 128K bytes of Flash EEPROM, up to 4K bytes of RAM, and various on-chip peripherals such as SCI, SPI, TIM, PWM, and ADC.

- 16-bit HCS12 core with an upward compatible M68HC11 instruction set
- Interrupt stacking and programmer's model identical to M68HC11
- Instruction queue and enhanced indexed addressing
- MMC (memory map and interface) and INT (interrupt control)
- BDM (background debug mode) and DBG12 (enhanced debug12 module)
- MEBI (multiplexed expansion bus interface) available only in 80-pin package version
- Wake-up interrupt inputs with digital filtering
- Operating frequency options: 32MHz, 50MHz
- Internal 2.5V regulator with low power mode capability
- 48-pin LQFP, 52-pin LQFP, or 80-pin QFP package variants
- Development support includes Single-wire background debug™ mode (BDM) and on-chip hardware breakpoints
