Description
Atmel® ATA6617C is a System-in-Package (SiP) product designed for complete LIN-bus node applications. It combines two ICs in one package, providing integrated solutions for in-vehicle LIN networks. The first chip is the LIN-system-basis-chip (LIN-SBC) ATA6624, which includes a LIN transceiver, 5V regulator (85mA), and a window watchdog. The second chip is the Atmel ATtiny87, an automotive microcontroller with 8-Kbytes flash memory, based on AVR® 8-bit microcontroller with advanced RISC architecture. The ATA6617C is ideal for applications requiring high integration and performance.
