Description
The SY10ELT22LZC is a dual TTL-to-differential PECL translator with a +3.3V power supply. It only requires +3.3V and ground due to the use of PECL (Positive ECL) levels. The ELT22L is designed with a small outline 8-lead SOIC package and a low skew, dual gate design, making it suitable for applications that require the translation of a clock and a data signal. It is available in both ECL standards: the 10ELT is compatible with positive ECL 10H logic levels, while the 100ELT is compatible with positive ECL 100K logic levels.
