Description
The HCPL-0930-000E is a CMOS digital isolator that offers high-speed performance and excellent transient immunity specifications. It features a symmetric magnetic coupling barrier, resulting in a typical pulse width distortion of 2 ns and a propagation delay skew of 4 ns. With a data rate of 100 Mbaud, it is one of the fastest digital isolators in the industry.
