The STP3NK90ZFP is a MOSFET field-effect transistor designed within the SuperMESH™ series. This series was created by optimizing ST's PowerMESH™ layout by significantly reducing the on-resistance and improving the dv/dt capability. The design ensures the most demanding applications are met through the highest manufacturing quality, complementing the rest of ST's high-voltage MOSFET catalog.
