Description
The 74VHCT32D,118 is an advanced high-speed CMOS QUAD 2-INPUT OR GATE fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology. The internal circuit is composed of 3 stages including buffer output, which provides high noise immunity and stable output. It has a high speed of tPD= 5 ns (TYP.) at VCC= 5V and low power dissipation of ICC= 2 µA (MAX.) at TA=25°C. It is compatible with TTL outputs with VIH= 2V (MIN.) and VIL = 0.8V (MAX). It has power down protection on inputs and outputs and a symmetrical output impedance of |IOH| = IOL= 8 mA (MIN). The 74VHCT32D,118 operates in an operating voltage range of VCC(OPR) = 4.5V to 5.5V and is pin and function compatible with the 74 series 32. It also has improved latch-up immunity and low noise with VOLP= 0.8V (MAX).
