Description
The LTC1921CS8 is an electronic component model in the category of power supply controllers and monitors. It is designed to monitor two independent -48V supplies, including their fuses, and drive up to three optoisolators to indicate status according to standard backplane specifications. The LTC1921CS8 replaces multiple voltage comparators, a voltage reference, and several precision resistors with only three noncritical resistors and optoisolators.

- Accurately detects undervoltage fault recovery at -43V ±0.5VMAX
- Monitors two external fuses
- Operates from -10V to -80V
- Tolerates DC faults up to -100V
- Tolerates accidental supply reversal up to 100V
- Comes in a small footprint 8-Lead MSOP package
- Specified to operate from -40°C to 85°C
