Description
The MC14008B 4–bit full adder is a Special Logic ICs, which is designed with MOS P–channel and N–channel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. This component is useful in binary addition and other arithmetic applications, particularly when fast operation is needed. Its fast internal look–ahead carry output enables high–speed operation when used with other adders in a system.
