Description
The SGA-5486Z is a high performance SiGe HBT MMIC Amplifier in the product category of RF Amplifiers. It features a Darlington configuration with high FT and excellent thermal performance. The heterojunction design increases breakdown voltage and minimizes leakage current between junctions. With the cancellation of emitter junction non-linearities, it achieves higher suppression of intermodulation products. The operation requires only 2 DC-blocking capacitors, a bias resistor, and an optional RF choke.
