FAN73894 是一款单片三相半桥门极驱动集成电路，适用于在最高 +600 V 下运行的高压、高速驱动 MOSFET 和 IGBT。安森美半导体的高电压工艺和共模干扰抑制技术提供了高压侧驱动器在高 dv/dt 干扰情况下的稳定运行。先进的电平转换电路可针对 VBS = 15V 允许最高 VS = -9.8 V（典型值）的高压侧门极驱动器运行。保护功能包括欠压锁定、互锁功能，以及带自动故障清除功能的逆变器过电流跳闸。从外部电流传感电阻可产生终止所有六个输出的过电流保护。提供漏极开路故障信号来表明发生了过电流或欠压关断。当 VDD 和 VBS 低于阈值电压时，UVLO 电路将防止故障运行。输出驱动器通常会分别源/汲 350mA/650mA；适用于电机驱动系统中的三相半桥应用。
