The APT5014BFLLG is a N-Channel enhancement mode power MOSFET ideal for use in power supplies, DC-DC converters, motor control, and other high voltage applications. It has a high voltage rating of 500V and a maximum continuous drain current of 42A. The APT5014BFLLG is designed to address both conduction and switching losses, resulting in lower RDS(ON) and Qg, and features APT's patented metal gate structure for exceptionally fast switching speeds.
