Description
The AD844AQ is a high-speed operational amplifier that falls under the Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) - RF category. It is designed using Analog Devices’ junction isolated complementary bipolar (CB) process, which ensures high bandwidth, very fast large signal response, and excellent dc performance. This monolithic amplifier is primarily optimized for use in current to voltage applications and can function efficiently as an inverting mode amplifier.
