LE78D110BVCT is a telecommunication interface IC and part of NEC's NX8564/8565/8566LE Series. It is an electro-absorption (EA) modulator integrated, 1550 nm multiple quantum well (MQW) structured distributed feedback (DFB) laser diode. This laser module can operate at 2.5 Gb/s over ultralong-reach distances of 360 km, 600 km, and 240km and can be used for dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) wavelengths based on ITU-T recommendations.
