NCP4306 是一款高性能驱动器，专门为控制开关模式电源中的同步整流 MOSFET 而设计。由于其高性能驱动器和多功能性，可用于多种拓扑结构，如 DCM 或 CCM 反激、准谐振反激、正向和半桥谐振 LLC。外部可调或固定可调最短开关时间间隔时段的组合有助于抵御 PCB 布局和其他寄生元件产生的振铃。SR 系统的可靠低噪音运行由于自同步功能而得以保证。NCP4306 还利用 MOSFET 的驱动器开尔文连接，实现了满负载下的高能效运行，利用轻负载检测结构实现了轻负载下的高能效。该驱动器精确的关断阈值、极低的关断延迟时间和高接受电流功能可实现最长的同步整流 MOSFET 导通时间以及最高的 SMPS 能效。这种高准确性驱动器和 5V 门极箝位实现了 GaN MOSFET 的使用。
