Description
IGP10N60T is a low loss IGBT in TrenchStop® and Fieldstop technology. It has a very low VCE(sat) of 1.5V (typ.), making it suitable for various applications such as variable speed drives for washing machines and air conditioners, induction cooking, and uninterrupted power supply. The IGP10N60T is designed with TrenchStop and Fieldstop technology for 600V applications, which offers a very tight parameter distribution and high ruggedness. It also features NPT technology, allowing for easy parallel switching capability due to its positive temperature coefficient in VCE(sat). This IGBT has low EMI, low gate charge, and is qualified according to JEDEC1 for target applications. It is also Pb-free lead plated and RoHS compliant.
