This article presents the MAX9628ATC+, an Instrumentation OpAmp used in a variety of high-speed signal processing applications. The device features ultra-fast 4.5ns propagation delay, low-power consumption, TTL/CMOS-compatible outputs, internal hysteresis, and beyond-the-rails input voltage range. The MAX9628ATC+ is optimized for single +3V or +5V operation, and features a 3.5mV internal hysteresis that ensures clean switching.
