Description
The LMH6739MQ is a wideband DC-coupled current feedback operational amplifier. It consists of a high-speed current feedback operational amplifier that can directly drive a low impedance load. The gain adjustment range is 80 dB for up to 10 MHz and is controlled by varying the gain control input voltage, VG. The LMH6739MQ performs at a speed of 150 MHz with a gain control bandwidth (BW) of 100 MHz while consuming 110 mW.
