Electronic Component Model: SAF-C165-L25M is a 16-Bit Single-Chip Microcontroller from the C166 Family. It is a high-performance microcontroller with a 4-Stage Pipeline and a CPU Clock of 25 MHz. It features a 16 MBytes Total Linear Address Space for Code and Data, 1024 Bytes On-Chip Special Function Register Area, and 16-Priority-Level Interrupt System with 28 Sources. The C165 also has on-chip memory modules, peripheral modules, and supports external address space of up to 16 MBytes. It operates from either a 5 V or a 3 V power supply and is supported by a wide range of development tools.
