The Z8623012SSC00TR is a stand-alone integrated circuit designed for processing Extended Data Services (XDS) in Field 2 of the Vertical Blanking Interval (VBI) of a video frame. It conforms to the transmission format defined in the Television Decoder Circuits Act of 1990, following the specifications EIA-608A and EIA-744A of the Electronics Industry Association. The Z8623012SSC00TR is also suitable for monitoring Picture-In-Picture (PiP) window video for violence blocking and other XDS data services.
