TPS715A33DRBR is a Linear Voltage Regulator with a single Schottky rectifier and is best suited for Switch Mode Power Supply and high frequency DC to DC converters. It comes packaged in either TO-220AC, ISOWATT220AC, TO-220FPAC or D2PAK and is intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection applications.
