The MA5110 is a RF Transceiver IC that is part of the electronic component model series. It is a 4k Static RAM with a configuration of 1024 x 4 bits. Manufactured using CMOS-SOS high performance, radiation hard, 3µm technology, the MA5110 utilizes a 6 transistor cell and operates in a fully static manner without the need for a clock or timing strobe.
