Description
The 4016BM96 is a monolithic integrated circuit available in both extended temperature range (HCC4016B) and intermediate temperature range (HCF4016B). It comes in a 14-lead dual in-line plastic or ceramic package as well as a plastic micropackage.

- Typical on resistance of 280Ω for 15V operation
- On resistance matched to within 10Ω typical over 15V signal input range
- High on/off output-voltage ratio: 65dB typical at fis = 10kHz, RL = 10kΩ
- High degree of linearity: < 0.5% distortion typical at fis = 1KHz, Vis = 5 Vpp, VDD - VSS ≥ 10V, RL = 10kΩ
- Extremely low off switch leakage resulting in very low offset current and high effective off resistance: 100pA typical at VDD - VSS = 18V, Tamb = 25°C
- Extremely high control input impedance (control circuit isolated from signal circuit 1012Ω typical)
- Low crosstalk between switches: 50dB typical at fis = 0.9MHz, RL = 1kΩ
- Matched control-input to signal output capacitance: reduces output signal transients
- Frequency response: switch on = 40MHz (typical)
- Quiescent current specified to 20V for HCC device
- 5V, 10V, and 15V parametric ratings
- Input current of 100nA at 18V and 25°C for HCC device
- 100% tested for quiescent current
- Meets all requirements of JEDEC tentative standard N°13A, "Standard Specifications for Description of "B" Series CMOS Devices"
