Description
The 74LS368AN is a high-speed hex buffer with 3-state outputs. It is organized as a single 6-bit or 2-bit/4-bit configuration, with both inverting and non-inverting data paths. The outputs of this electronic component are designed to drive 15 TTL Unit Loads or 60 Low Power Schottky loads when the Enable (E) signal is LOW. When the Output Enable (E) signal is set to HIGH, the outputs are forced to a high impedance state, effectively turning them off. It is important to ensure that when multiple 3-state devices are connected, only one device is in the high impedance state to avoid excessive currents that could damage the component.
