Description
The DG412DYZ is an analog switch from the DG411 series of monolithic CMOS switches designed as a replacement for the popular DG211 and DG212 series devices. The multiplexer includes four independent single-pole throw (SPST) switches and TTL and CMOS compatible digital inputs. These switches boast a lower analog ON-resistance (<35) and faster switch time (tON<175ns) compared to the DG211 or DG212. Reduction of Charge injection simplifies sample and hold applications.
