Description
The 74AHCT1G79GV is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device that provides a single positive-edge triggered D-type flip-flop. It transfers information on the data input to the Q output during the LOW-to-HIGH transition of the clock pulse. The D input must be stable one set-up time prior to the LOW-to-HIGH clock transition for predictable operation. The 74AHCT1G79GV is available in two versions: the AHC device with CMOS input switching levels and a supply voltage range of 2 V to 5.5 V, and the AHCT device with TTL input switching levels and a supply voltage range of 4.5 V to 5.5 V.
