The LTC5564 is a precision RF power detector designed for applications in the 600MHz to 15GHz frequency range. With the ability to operate with an input power range of -24dBm to 16dBm, the LTC5564 features a temperature compensated Schottky diode peak detector and gain-selectable operational amplifier, along with a fast comparator, combined into a small 16-lead 3mm x 3mm QFN package.
