    The NB6N239SMNR2G is a 3.0 GHz differential 1:4 LVPECL clock or data fanout buffer. It is a member of the ECLinPS MAX™ family of high-performance clock and data management products. The NB6N239SMNR2G features differential inputs with internal 50 termination resistors, making it compatible with various logic standards including LVPECL, LVCMOS, LVTTL, CML, or LVDS logic levels. It also has a VREF_AC reference output for rebiasing capacitor-coupled differential or single-ended input signals. The 1:4 fanout design of the NB6N239SMNR2G is optimized for low output skew applications.
