The MC908QT1ACPE is a member of the low-cost, high-performance M68HC08 Family of 8-bit microcontroller units (MCUs). It features a high-performance M68HC08 CPU core and is available in various memory sizes and types, and package types. It operates at 5-V or 3-V operating voltages (VDD) and has an 8-MHz internal bus operation at 5 V, 4-MHz at 3 V. The MC908QT1ACPE also includes a trimmable internal oscillator, software selectable crystal oscillator range, and software configurable input clock from either internal or external source. It has an on-chip in-application programmable FLASH memory, on-chip random-access memory (RAM), and various interface modules such as the 2-channel, 16-bit timer interface (TIM) module and the 6-channel, 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with internal bandgap reference channel (ADC10).
