Description
The MAX8860EUA25+ is a low-noise, low-dropout linear voltage regulator designed to operate from a 2.5V to 6.5V input, and capable of delivering up to 300mA. With typical output noise of 60µVRMS and typical dropout of 105mV at 200mA, this device offers six available preset output voltages (1.8V, 2.5V, 2.77V, 2.82V, 3V, and 3.3V). Additionally, the Dual Mode™ feature enables you to configure the device as an adjustable output regulator from 1.25V to 6.5V. Designed with internal P-channel MOSFET pass transistor, the MAX8860EUA25+ boasts ultra-low supply current of 120µA. Short-circuit and thermal-shutdown protection, as well as reverse battery protection, add to the overall reliability of this device. The MAX8860EUA25+ is available in an 8-pin µMAX package.
