Description
The ABT16373A is a high-performance BiCMOS electronic component model that features low static and dynamic power dissipation, high speed, and high output drive. It is designed as a 16-bit transparent latch with multiple VCC and GND pins to minimize switching noise. The ABT16373A also has power-up 3-State capability, allowing for live insertion/extraction and power-up reset. It is equipped with 3-State output buffers and has a strong output capability of +64 mA/–32 mA. Additionally, the ABT16373A provides ICCL –19 mA maximum current and exceeds latch-up protection of 500 mA per JEDEC Std 17. It also has ESD protection that exceeds 2000 V per MIL STD 883 Method 3015 and 200 V per Machine Model.
