Description
The BC417143B-GIQN-E4 is an RF Transceiver IC designed for fully compliant Bluetooth system to version 2.0 of the specification for data and voice communications. It comes in two package options, 8 x 8mm 96-ball TFBGA and 6 x 6mm 96-ball VFBGA, and interfaces with 8Mbit external flash memory. It is also RoHS compliant.
