Description
The NC7WP02K8 is an electronic component in the Gates and Inverters product category. It is an ultra high-speed dual single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch or 2-bit bus switch. This device is fabricated with advanced sub-micron CMOS technology, allowing it to achieve high speed enable and disable times and low On Resistance over a wide voltage range. The NC7WP02K8 operates in the VCC range of 1.65 to 5.5V and features independent CMOS compatible switch enable controls. When the switch is ON, Port A is connected to Port B, and when the switch is OPEN, a high-impedance state exists between the two ports. The enable inputs can tolerate voltages up to 5.5V regardless of the VCC operating range.
