Description
The M41T66Q6F is a Real-Time Clock (RTC) that has low power consumption and a built-in 32.768 kHz oscillator, which is externally crystal controlled. This RTC model has eight registers that are used for the clock/calendar function and are configured in binary coded decimal (BCD) format. Data and addresses are transferred serially via a two-line bi-directional bus. The built-in address register is incremented automatically after each WRITE or READ data byte.
