Description
The LP3961EMPX-2.5 is a linear voltage regulator designed for portable RF and wireless applications. It is optimized for battery-powered systems and delivers ultra-low noise and low quiescent current. The regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout, prolonging the battery life. The LP3961EMPX-2.5 also works with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing the board space necessary for power applications. It consumes less than 0.01µA in shutdown mode and has a fast turn-on time of less than 50µs.
