Description
The S6020L is a thyristor SCR semi-conductor that belongs to the Teccor line of electronic components. It is a half-wave, unidirectional, gate-controlled rectifier which complements Teccor's line of sensitive SCRs. The S6020L has a rating of 1 A to 70 A and 200 V to 1000 V, with gate sensitivities from 10 mA to 50 mA. This device is specifically designed for applications that require gate currents in the 12 µA to 500 µA ranges. It offers an electrically-isolated package, high voltage capability, high surge capability, and a glass-passivated chip.
