Description
The TC4468COE713 is a Gate Drive IC that belongs to the TC446X family of four-output CMOS buffers/MOSFET drivers with a peak drive capability of 1.2 A. These devices have two inputs for each output configured as logic gates: AND in the case of the TC4468 model. These drivers can continuously source up to 250 mA into ground-referenced loads. They are ideal for directly driving low-current motors or driving MOSFETs in H-bridge configuration for higher current motor drive. The logic gates are onboard, reducing component count in many designs. The TC4468COE713 is available in commercial, industrial, and military temperature ranges.
