Description
The LT1764AEQ#PBF is a linear voltage regulator. It has been optimized for fast transient response, making it ideal for sensitive RF supply applications. The device can supply 3A of output current with a dropout voltage of 340mV. With a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 20V, the regulator allows for a range of voltages to be regulated, meeting a variety of needs. The LT1764AEQ#PBF also has very low output voltage noise and a quiescent current of 1mA, dropping to <1µA in shutdown. Additionally, quiescent current is well-controlled, avoiding the rise in dropout typical of many other regulators.
