Description
The 74AC191SC is a reversible modulo 16 binary counter that falls into the Counters / Dividers product category. It is designed with synchronous counting and asynchronous presetting features. The preset feature allows the AC191 to be used in programmable dividers. It provides a Count Enable input, Terminal Count output, and Ripple Clock output, which enables various methods of implementing multistage counters.
