BPW34S is a high-speed PIN photodiode that can detect visible light and near-infrared radiation. It is available in a miniature, flat, top-view, clear plastic package that is sensitive to radiant energy and has a high level of radiant and photosensitivity. The package is leaded and has dimensions of 5.4 x 4.3 x 3.2 mm, with an angle of half sensitivity of ϕ = ± 65°. This product is lead (Pb)-free and fully compliant with RoHS and WEEE regulations. BPW34S is identical in specification to BPW34 and is packaged in tubes.
