Description
The LTC1383CS#PBF is a highly efficient RS232 transceiver that operates on a single 5V supply. It has an ultra-low power 2-driver/2-receiver system which is designed to help reduce the power consumption rate of electronic devices. This model is available in 16-Pin SOIC Narrow Package and can operate up to 120kBaud. The LTC1383CS#PBF is designed with ESD protection over ±10kV and has output over-voltage protection.
