Description
The SI3210M-BT is a low-voltage CMOS device that combines SLIC, codec, and battery generation functionality into a complete analog telephone interface. This telecommunication interface IC is ideal for short loop applications such as terminal adaptors, cable telephony, and wireless local loop. It is powered by a single 3.3V or 5V supply and generates battery voltages dynamically using a software programmable dc-dc converter from a 3.3V to 35V supply, eliminating the need for negative high-voltage supplies. With its small size and low-cost components, the Si3210M-BT is widely used in various applications and interfaced directly to standard SPI and PCM bus digital interfaces.
