Description
The TC7117ACPL is an electronic component model of the TC7116A/TC7117A CMOS Analog-to-Digital converters for LCD drivers. It contains all the active components required for a 3-1/2 digit measurement system that delivers 0.05% resolution. The device features seven-segment decoders, polarity and digit drivers, voltage reference, and clock circuit, which are all integrated on-chip.
