Description
The 74LCX16373DTR2G is a low-voltage CMOS 16-bit transparent latch with 5 V-tolerant inputs and outputs (3-state, non-inverting).
It is designed to operate from a 2.3 V to 3.6 V supply and is byte controlled, with separate output enable and latch enable inputs for each byte. The device can be used for full 16-bit operation by tying the control pins together.
The MC74LCX16373 features high impedance TTL compatible inputs that significantly reduce current loading to input drivers, along with TTL compatible outputs that offer improved switching noise performance. It has a VI specification of 5.5 V, allowing inputs to be safely driven from 5.0 V devices.
