Description
The 5W558 is an instrumentation OpAmp categorized under electronic component models. The Simtek STK12C68 is a type of fast static RAM that has a nonvolatile element in each static memory cell. It is known to have unlimited read, write and recall cycles. The non-volatile elements can store data automatically on power down, and can automatically recall data on restoration of power. These TRANSFERS can also be initiated through software control, and can also be controlled with specific read sequences. The device has a 10mA typical ICC at 200ns cycle time.
