Description
The MAX325EPA is a precision, dual, SPST analog switch designed for single-supply operation from +2.7V to +16V. It has one normally open (NO) and one normally closed (NC) switch, offering low leakage currents (100pA max) and fast switching speeds (tON = 150ns max, tOFF = 100ns max). With low power consumption (5µW), the MAX325EPA is ideal for battery-powered equipment.
